Some tips to Improve Your Time Management
Just to remind you are totally responsible for what you do throughout the day .
- Start scheduling what you will be doing tomorrow a day before.
- Set a time block for each work.
- Schedule your deep work time when you are most energised.
- Schedule your other work when you are a little tired.
- Schedule your free time when you are fully tired and when your body needs some relaxation.
- Have a morning routine, because it will structure your day. If you follow your morning routine it will be a good start to the day and eventually, you will be much more confident because you finished something at the start of the day.
