 Some tips to Improve Your Time Management

Just to remind you are totally responsible for what you do throughout the day .

  1. Start scheduling what you will be doing tomorrow a day before.
  2. Set a time block for each work.
  3. Schedule your deep work time when you are most energised.
  4. Schedule your other work when you are a little tired.
  5. Schedule your free time when you are fully tired and when your body needs some relaxation.
  6. Have a morning routine, because it will structure your day. If you follow your morning routine it will be a good start to the day and eventually, you will be much more confident because you finished something at the start of the day.
