Having "Me Time" Does Not Mean You're Wasting Time
- Have ' me time ' no matter how busy your schedule is and don't feel guilty about it later :
- Without proper mental health, you can't do anything.
- So focusing on better mental health shouldn't be a guilty thing for you.
- If you can't have a 1 hour me time because of your busy schedule then have at least 10 mins of my time, even that 10mins helps when you need to keep your mental health stable.
- If you know that you can't complete the work before scheduling it, don't force yourself to schedule it and waste time. Accept that you can't and go for another task. Learn the skill to sometimes say NO to yourself too- It helps :)
- Don't set unrealistic goals. Don’t focus on the problem, focus on the solution.
