10-20-30 Rule - Follow this!
- 10 - Every day meditate for 10 minutes and calm your thoughts. Meditation in the long run will have many positive effects.
- 20 - Every day, read for 20 minutes, learn something new from books, learn from people's mistakes, and get to know how different people think .
- 30 - Exercise daily for 30 minutes, let the blood flow through your body, get up and exercise even if you don't feel like it, and build a better physique.
If you follow this rule daily, you're now focusing on building better mental health, getting general knowledge every day and also focusing on physical health.
