 2 Rules I follow and you should follow too!


I often keep searching for techniques or these types of small rules which has a big effect on our lives 

These are the ones I personally remember and do it often 👇


1.) 2 Min Rule - If anything takes 2 or fewer mins to complete, do it right away :). In this way, you won’t have the clutter on your mind to complete this work. And eventually, we tend to always ignore things that take less time to complete whereas we should build the habit to complete that one first.


2.) whenever feel stressed or worried about something, take deep breaths and calm yourself down, at the end, everything will happen what’s supposed to happen, just if we are thinking about it, that doesn’t mean it will not happen, 

So take deep breaths and follow this rule 

478 Rule - 

1.) Exhale forcefully through your mouth.

2.) Now inhale and count till 4 seconds.

3.) Now hold your breath till the count of 7 seconds.

4.) And then, exhale slowly till the count of eight.
