Form Good habits following this ...
The concept I am going to talk about is from the book Atomic habits.
Habit stacking
and its formula is After [CURRENT HABIT], I will [NEW HABIT].
Which basically means adding a new habit you want to form right after your current one.
Let's assume you want to build a habit of meditation,
now right after you finish the last sip of your coffee - you will meditate for 60sec and when you do this thing daily it will become a habit.
You can stack new habits which you want to have on the old habits and like this, you will be able to form new habits.
