- Get off the dirty things you consume for ex: drugs, alcohol and other things which give you instant short time pleasure with a big dopamine rush in your brain. These things keep you isolated from society. That's why when you go to meet someone after a long time you are not that confident.
- Dress well, even if you work from home . It makes you confident for sure.
- Get out of your comfort zone, and do one thing new every day other than the scheduled tasks.
- Make a note of things you achieved so far and place it on the wall, get up every day and the first thing you will do is go and watch the note of your achievements on a wall, You will be confident for sure when you do this because you got up with a positive side of you :)
