Change what you can , not what you can't !

Why do you guys try to change what you can't?

For ex: we try to change our mindset by seeing motivational content on youtube but that motivation leads you up to 2 days and again you end up procrastinating. 

Better is to make commitments and follow them. 

Motivation will not be there every day for you, You have to make a commitment, You should have discipline.  

In the above example what you can't change is motivation, you can't get it when you want.

But what you change is the mindset of being disciplined and having a commitment to yourself that no matter what, whether you feel motivated or not, you will complete the work anyhow.

If you are insecure about looks, and height. 

What you can't change here are people's opinions.

What you change is by having a good physique by going to the gym and having a good diet.

That will make you attractive.


SO

Change what you can, not what you can't!
