How to control your feelings ?

 We often fall into this trap called emotional feelings or emotional pains, How to control them?

You gotta be conscious of the present, feeling and pain are temporary things which come like a tsunami and goes after some time like nothing happened.

You just need to control yourself for that SOMETIME and be on a conscious level .

So how do you do that?

Do this, and practice mindfulness.

  • Start meditating. only 10-15mins a day will improve and calm your mind a lot 
  • Whenever those feelings arrive try to observe and hear your surroundings this will distract your brain from those thoughts and help you remove them.
  • Go running and try to listen to your foot sounds while running.
These practices will help you be on a conscious level and focus much on the moment, not in past :)
