How to get a good night sleep ?

Different people have different times of measure of good sleep,

But it is considered that at least 7-8 hours of sleep is good sleep!

And most importantly getting a good sleep starts before bedtime.

You need to go to bed on time and avoid using your smartphone 1hour before bedtime.


It doesn't have to be this way :

If you wake up within 6-7 hours and you force yourself to sleep again for 1 hour even though you feel energised, don't behave this way with your body, different body needs different time to rest. 

  It has to be this way :

It may be 5 hrs and it may be properly 8 hrs for someone,

It's just that listen to your body, get up when you think your body has got proper rest.

This doesn't mean staying in bed for 10-11 hrs . 8 hours maximum is enough
