 Addiction is not the problem?

Forming bad habits is the problem and to cure any addiction you just need to form good habits.

Have a morning, afternoon and evening routine.

And schedule it accordingly in the calendar.

Follow the routine with discipline and consistency.

Because good habits if not backed up by consistency and discipline is a waste of time and eventually you will lead back again to those bad habits and addiction.

avoid boredom in any sense. cause this will lead you to addiction.

Start building or doing something to get your mind distracted from those bad things.
