  1.  Go for nature walks, take a break day, week, month or year to relax and live life, and Travel at least 1-2 times a year.
  2. Start meditation, Go in front of the Mirror every morning and just give a normal smile to yourself for 2 minutes.
  3. Don’t forget the relationships you have, at least call 1 friend every day or once a week, and care for those who care for you.
  4. Make memories with your parents and have a good relationship with them, they are getting old, they need you.
  5. Manage your time where you can give space to all of the things not only work, but relationship, and breaks to relax.
