- Go for nature walks, take a break day, week, month or year to relax and live life, and Travel at least 1-2 times a year.
- Start meditation, Go in front of the Mirror every morning and just give a normal smile to yourself for 2 minutes.
- Don’t forget the relationships you have, at least call 1 friend every day or once a week, and care for those who care for you.
- Make memories with your parents and have a good relationship with them, they are getting old, they need you.
- Manage your time where you can give space to all of the things not only work, but relationship, and breaks to relax.
