5 ways to deal with Criticism!

  1.  Firstly -  understand that the one who criticizes is not happy with his life. They are just expressing their emotions making you as a way to do so, And when you try to understand this your anger changes to Empathy - Practice this way of Understanding .
  2. Second - the one who criticised you will have a reason for it. Just if their opinion is making you feel bad, it doesn't mean they are criticising you. They might really give the best feedback you ever needed, Understand this!
  3. Third- If friends have criticised you, Don't be angry with them, The world will always tell you, you are good even when you are wrong sometimes, But friends are who genuinely care for you after family, take action on their opinion, Take it as advice instead of criticism.
  4. Fourth -  if you don't take that person's advice seriously - why are you taking that person's criticism seriously? You control your brain - only take criticism from them who's advice you take seriously.
  5. Fifth - If the criticism is from your family members and you think they are criticising you, you are wrong, they will never want to criticise you, maybe the way they speak is very straightforward, but they are the only ones who will advise and care for you!
